Beach Music Videos

Listen to the relaxing beach music cd snippet I found browsing through beach music videos at youtube.

Main thing is to relax without doing any yoga: close your eyes, listen to the music and imagine yourself on a beach relaxing. That saves you a lot of money for not having to go on a beach vacation yet enjoying the calmness of the sound of ocean waves.

The beach music video below was taken in Oamaru NZ.

Oamaru is not famous for its beach, but more for the blue penguin colony living next to the harbour.

When it comes to relaxation: a self drive in New Zealand next to the beaches of the East Coast or rough West Coast will take away all your stress. There are more sheep than people in New Zealand, and trust me, I hardly saw any sheep :-) Once you park your car next to the coast line, these New Zealand beaches are yours and yours only!

Please leave a comment if you have other beach music videos to share :-)

Patrick Swayze Dies

Patrick Swayze dies after he fought like "The Beast" his stage 4 pancreatic liver cancer, hoping to outlive cancer until a cure would have been found.

Patrick Swayze will be honored posthumously with the 2009 Rolex Dance Award in November 2009.

However he and his lovely wife Lisa should be given an award for showing doctors that you can outlive medical cancer prognoses by far (about 2 years). And if you want to take it to the next level: Patrick Swayze's death shows you what was missing in order to completely survive cancer.

In order to treat cancer and survive, you need to do everything right, like Jim's son's shows you how he survives his stage 4 cancer.

Next time you spend your holidays on a beach or at an exotic beach resort, do stay away from the sun as skin cancer is another death sentence that can be easily avoided by staying away from the killing rays of the sun. Any beach resort has so many other things to offer than just tanning yourself and exposing your skin to the sun way too much for luxury and comfort.

Summer diet tips

Enjoy showing off your perfect body at the beach with our summer diet tips.

Is it your dream - like every male and female on the beach - to be popular with the opposite sex? Well, you still have one month before summer starts to get in shape, loose those extra pounds and built some muscle!

3 summer diet tips

1. Start buying a proven weight loss book with money back guarantee:

Why buying a weight loss book? Because the money you spend on books, you cannot spend on food!

2. Change the way you eat and change your daily lifestyle.

You don't loose weight buy sitting on your butt and reading weight loss books. You need to do what the book says and you need to start now! It will be all worth it once you are able to wear the sexiest bikini and be the subject of turned heads at the beach?

3. Choose a diet that suits your lifestyle

Dieting is just another word for lifestyle. So when you buy weight loss books, make sure you see yourself doing what's in the book.

Take for example the banana diet. The questions to ask are:

  • do you like bananas?

  • are you always in a hurry in the morning with no time for a proper breakfast?

  • do you want to keep on eating normal food?

When you answered 3 times yes, then buy The Morning Banana Diet:

  • instead of eating a full breakfast meal, you can quickly grab 1 or 2 bananas

  • you can eat anything other food you want for the rest of the day.

This diet works because you reducing your caloric intake for the rest of the day without eliminating the protein in your diet plan. Easy peasy, add to that: bananas are healthy and make you feel more happy.

If you answered 3 times No, then look for a weight loss book where you can answer always yes!

I am sure you will find one with lots of summer diet tips in the extensive list of weight loss books on offer at lose 10 pounds in 7 days : both for bikini diets for women and muscle building for men.

When planning a vacation overseas, one of the most important aspects which sometimes could break or make your holiday would be the accommodation. Some of us are quite fine staying in a hostel but some of us want our creature comforts when away from home.

When making a selection for accommodation, I do take into consideration various factors. For example location, and if the hotel or accommodation reflects the local culture and cuisine as well. If possible I would prefer small hotels with beautiful d├ęcor and interior that has some local influences rather than ultra modern hotels set in large complexes.

For me Swiss Hotels represent the type of hotels that possesses all the features that I look for when planning for my vacation.

For me, a “typically Swiss” hotel in Switzerland generally has all the aspects of my ideal vacation accommodation. That basically means I look for a hotel that provides service with a personal touch in a village setting and located in a pristine natural environment. One such hotel is the 3 star Romantik Hotel Villa Carona located in Lugano-Carona:

This typical Swiss hotel is housed in an old townhouse of 200 years old and it is set amongst a backdrop of beautiful mountains in the artists’ colony of Carona. It has only 36 beds so it is neither too big nor too small but essentially you can still be assured of a personal touch during your stay in this lovely picturesque village of Carona.

So when planning your next holiday to Switzerland, book authentic Swiss hotels at as there are lots of choices available to suit your needs and budget.
